Mitsubishi will be recalling certain 2012 i-MiEV electric vehicles built between December 2011 to September 2012. According to the recall report, a manufacturing error in the vehicles vacuum pump could lead to pump failure. The problem will result in a reduction of available brake power and an increase in stopping distances.
