Lamborghini is recalling a small number of 2012 Aventador vehicles because the headlamps may not conform to the requirements of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS). According to Lamborghini, the affected vehicle may have bee installed with headlights that can be aimed horizontally but not vertically. The problem could reduce the drivers visibility or could blind oncoming traffic, increasing the risk of a crash. Lamborghini will notify owners, and dealers will enable the vertical aiming and disable the horizontal aiming of the headlights. For more information about the problem owners may contact Lamborghini at 1-866-681-6276.
