Aston Martin North America have filed a defect information notice with the NHTSA because of an issue related to the throttle pedal arm in certain 2008-2014 vehicles. This notice supersedes NHTSA campaign 13V-228. Any vehicle that has been repaired under the previous recall will be asked to return their automobiles to have the problem remedied again. Jaguar Land Rover North America have identified an airbag problem affecting certain 2013-2014 Range Rover luxury four-wheel drive sport utility vehicles (SUV). Owners will be notified to take their Land Rover to an authorized repair facility to have the front side squab foam modified for clearance. The problem will affect 3,912 Range Rovers in the United States and Federalized Territories. Continue reading

Ford will be asking owners of certain 2013-2014 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid, mid size luxury cars, to return their vehicles to a Ford or Lincoln dealership to have repairs done to the power train. According to reports filed with the NHTSA, some vehicles manufactured between April 26, 2012, through September 24, 2013 may fail to comply with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) No. 114, “Theft Protection and Roll-away Prevention”. Maserati North America has determined that a defect related to motor vehicle safety exists in sixty three 2014 Maserati Quattroporte GTS V8 vehicles. The automobile manufacturer has notified the NHTSA about the defect and will be asking owners to take their vehicles in to the nearest manufacturer approved repair facility to have electrical repairs done to the alternator starter wiring harness.
