Nissan will be asking the owners of certain 2015 Murano vehicles to return to their dealership for repairs after receiving notification from their brake system manufacturer that there could be a problem with actuators similar to ones used on Nissan vehicles. According to the defect report, the Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) actuators could have contamination in the solenoid valves. This could affect the valves’ ability to completely close or open, building up pressure in the hydraulic brakes or allowing the pressure to completely drop. A small number of 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder owners will be notified by the manufacturer to return their cars to an approved dealership to repair a problem that could result in difficulty controlling the vehicle. According to reports, internal tests have shown that the rear axle control arms from a certain production batch may not meet the required specification. This reduced durability, under severe use or after an extended period of time, could result in the connecting links of a control arm to break. 2014 Cadillac ELR Stability Control Problem
Owners of certain 2014 Cadillac ELR luxury plug-in hybrid compact coupes will be asked to return their vehicles to a manufacturer approved repair facility because they may fail to conform to the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards for Electronic Stability Control (ESC). Toyota Recalls 2011 Lexus RX350 Vehicles
Toyota is recalling certain 2011 Lexus RX350 vehicles equipped with vehicle dynamics integrated management (VDIM) systems. The hydraulic control valves in this system may have been incorrectly calibrated which could lead to the right front wheel not being controlled properly when the anti-lock brake system (ABS) or the vehicle stability control system (VSC) is activated.
