In November 2012, Chrysler sent letters to approximately 745,000 SUVs owners warning them of unexpected airbag deployment. A problem relating to suspension has been identified in certain 2014 Acura RLX full size luxury sedans manufactured between August 7, 2012 to November 5, 2013. Honda will be notifying customers to take their vehicles to their manufacturer approved repair facility to have the rear suspension lower control arm bolts replaced. Repeated Check Engine Light On 2014 Silverado Or Sierra Truck?
Owners of certain 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and 2014 GMC Sierra trucks equipped with 4.3L or 5.3L engines, may experience an illuminated “check engine warning light” when the vehicle is idling in cold temperatures. GM has reported that approximately 300,000 full size pickups are at risk of fire because of the problem and are asking owners to not leave their trucks unattended while idling, until repairs can be made. BMW Motorcycle Fuel Leak Problems
BMW of North America, LLC will be asking owners of certain 2005-2012 BMW R model, K model, S 1000 RR, and HP2 motorcycles to take their vehicles to the nearest BMW manufacturer approved repair facility to remedy a problem with the fuel system. This recall is the result of an engineering analysis (EA13-006) opened by the NHTSA in July 2013. The problem affects the fuel pump and auxiliary fuel pump on applicable models. Continue reading
