General Motors have identified a defect relating to motor vehicle safety exists in certain Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, and GMC cars, trucks, minivans, and SUVs, after certain vehicles began displaying a check engine malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) during post production testing.
