2014 Ram 2500 CA Lemon Law Buyback For Repeated Defects
The Law Offices of Delsack & Associates, P.C. recently helped the owner of a 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 obtain a manufacturer buyback for defects with his truck. He purchased the vehicle in December 2013 and almost immediately started having problems.
- The ‘Check Engine Light’ would illuminate constantly.
- The Powetrain Control Module (PCM) had been replaced.

2015 Chrysler 200 Engine Stall Due To Electrical Defect
Chrysler will be notifying the owners of certain 2015 Chrysler 200 vehicles about an electrical problem affecting their cars. According to reports filed with the NHTSA, the Power Distribution Center (PDC) electrical connector may have been manufactured with spread terminals that could have an intermittent connection between the connector and the PDC. An intermittent loss of power to electrical components could cause a vehicle to stall or go into neutral without warning. Continue reading
2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Repeated Repair Attempts
Despite numerous complaints and nine (9) unsuccessful repair attempts, the owner of a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee was still driving a vehicle with defects. The problems included an air bag warning light that would illuminate; an engine that would stall and not start; white smoke from the exhaust system; a check engine light that remains on; and a defective drivers seat, door locks, and A/C system. 2012 Ford Mustang California Lemon Law Buyback
The owner of a 2012 Ford Mustang with multiple safety defects, recently contacted the Law Offices of Delsack & Associates, P.C. looking for advice about her vehicle and the California Lemon Law. She purchased her Mustang in July 2011 and had been trying to get it fixed since August 31, 2011. A Ford dealer had been given at least four (4) opportunities to repair the problems which included: defective suspension, defective control arms, defective transmission, defective power windows, and a defective wheel alignment. 2012 Mercedes-Benz California Lemon Law Buyback For Safety Defects
Two years after purchasing his 2012 Mercedes-Benz ML350 in March 2012, the owner started to experience problems that the manufacturer was unable to fix. Defective suspension, Airmatic system, and struts caused the vehicle to lean 1.5 inches lower on the right hand side making it difficult to handle. He had given his dealer two (2) opportunities to repair the defects which resulted in the ML350 being out of service for over 35 days. 2012 Nissan Rogue Lemon Law Buyback For Safety Defects
After giving four (4) opportunities to repair the defects on her 2012 Nissan Rogue, a California resident decided to contact the Law Offices of Delsack & Associates for help. She purchased the vehicle in March, 2012 and by December 2013 had given a Nissan dealership the first opportunity to repair her vehicle.
