This 2024 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER EVOQUE recall affects the FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA Manufactured by Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC from 2023-09-18 through 2023-10-26

Description Of Defect

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2024 Defender, Discovery Sport, Range Rover, Range Rover Evoque, Range Rover Velar, and Range Rover Sport vehicles. The Near Field Sensing Module (NFSM) may overheat and cause the 3D surround camera images, including the rearview camera image, not to display.

Conseqence Of Defect

A rearview camera image that does not display can decrease the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of injury or crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will replace the NFSM, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 24, 2024. Owners may contact Land Rover customer service at 1-800-637-6837. Land Rover's number for this recall is N927.

Description Of Defect

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2024 Defender, Discovery Sport, Range Rover, Range Rover Evoque, Range Rover Velar, and Range Rover Sport vehicles. This 2024 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER EVOQUE recall affects the AIR BAGS:PASSENGER SIDE FRONTAL:CUSHION Manufactured by Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC from 2020-07-10 through 2024-10-07

Description Of Defect

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2021–2025 Range Rover Evoque vehicles. The passenger air bag may tear during deployment.

Conseqence Of Defect

A torn air bag may not adequately protect an occupant in a crash, increasing the risk of injury. Additionally, a torn air bag may allow hot gases to escape, which can cause a burn injury.

Corrective Action

Dealers will replace the passenger air bag module, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed August 27, 2025. A second letter will be sent once the remedy is available. Owners may contact Land Rover's customer service at 800-637-6837. Land Rover's number for this recall is N945.
