According to the defect report, a short could develop in the ORC module and prevent the frontal airbags, side airbags, and seat belt pretensioners from deploying.  <\/p>\n<p>The vehicles affected by this problem include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2011-<a href=\"http:\/\/www.calemonlaw.com\/recall\/make-CHRYSLER\/200\/2014\">2014 Chrysler 200<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.calemonlaw.com\/recall\/make-CHRYSLER\/SEBRING\/2010\">2010 Chrysler Sebring<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2010-<a href=\"http:\/\/www.calemonlaw.com\/recall\/make-DODGE\/AVENGER\/2014\">2014 Dodge Avenger<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2010-<a href=\"http:\/\/www.calemonlaw.com\/recall\/make-DODGE\/CALIBER\/2012\">2012 Dodge Caliber<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2010-<a href=\"http:\/\/www.calemonlaw.com\/recall\/make-JEEP\/COMPASS\/2014\">2014 Jeep Compass<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2010-<a href=\"http:\/\/www.calemonlaw.com\/recall\/make-JEEP\/PATRIOT\/2014\">2014 Jeep Patriot<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The manufacturer has not provided a remedy for this recall as it is still under development.  Owners wanting more information about the problem are asked to contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403.
