According to reports filed with the NHTSA, the wires going to the sub woofer located in the trunk may move out of postion creating a short against the metal frame.  An integrated circuit (IC) within the amplifier could overheat, potentially creating a fire.  <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Toyota will be mailing owners an interim notice that will instruct them to visit a dealers to have the sub-woofer disconnected until a remidy can be provided.  Owners wanting more information about the problem are asked to contact Toyota customer service at 1-888-270-9371.
