She purchased the wagon new in September 2010 and drove it for only a month when it started loosing power under normal operating conditions. Persistent problems resulted in the vehicle being returned to a GMC dealer, seven (7) more times for issues that include: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continued Loss Of Power<\/li>\n<li>Defective Steering Assist<\/li>\n<li>Defective Suspension<\/li>\n<li>Defective Electric Brake Control Module<\/li>\n<li>Electronic Stabilizer Control Light Remains On<\/li>\n<li>Defective Throttle Body Assembly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>After repeated unsuccessful repair attempts, the HHR owner questioned the safety of her vehicle.
