According to the recall report, a manufacturing error in the vehicles vacuum pump could lead to pump failure.<!--more-->  The problem will result in a reduction of available brake power and an increase in stopping distances.  Owners receiving a recall notification will be asked to take their vehicle in to have the vacuum pump replaced.
