According to GM the drivers side airbag has a shorting bar which could intermittently contact the air bag terminals.<!--more-->  If the situation should exist while the vehicle is in an accident, the airbag many not deploy properly, increasing the chance of injury to the driver.  The vehicles involved this recall include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.calemonlaw.com\/recall\/?make=BUICK&#038;model=VERANO&#038;year=2012\">2012 Buick Verano<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.calemonlaw.com\/recall\/?make=CHEVROLET&#038;model=CAMARO&#038;year=2012\">2012 Chevrolet Camaro<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.calemonlaw.com\/recall\/?make=CHEVROLET&#038;model=CRUZE&#038;year=2012\">2012 Chevrolet Cruze<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.calemonlaw.com\/recall\/?make=CHEVROLET&#038;model=SONIC&#038;year=2012\">2012 Chevrolet Sonic<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To correct the problem, dealers will replace the entire steering wheel airbag coil.
