According to a report filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), fuel injection pulses could create stress in the fuel line at the #2 injector.  The stress could lead to cracks, fuel leaks and a potential fire in the presence of an ignition source.  The vehicles involved in this recall include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.calemonlaw.com\/recall\/?make=VOLKSWAGEN&#038;model=GOLF&#038;year=2012\">2009-2012 Volkswagen Golf<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.calemonlaw.com\/recall\/?make=VOLKSWAGEN&#038;model=JETTA+SPORTWAGEN&#038;year=2012\">2009-2012 Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagen<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.calemonlaw.com\/recall\/?make=VOLKSWAGEN&#038;model=JETTA&#038;year=2012\">2010-2012 Volkswagen Jetta<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.calemonlaw.com\/recall\/?make=AUDI&#038;model=A3&#038;year=2012\">2010-2012 Audi A3<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Volkswagen will install an improved fuel injector line on the #2 cylinder as well as vibration dampers on all injector lines.
